In pain…I love you

I fell, tripped and sprained my ankle. It hurts and I can’t stop crying but it’s not the physical pain that hurts..it’s the emotional one.

My parents are retired and…

We went hiking on Silverado Canyon Road and it’s very rocky there. As we were coming down, I slipped on a rock and fell down on my knees. It hurt for a few minutes but I was able to get up and hike for another 2 miles to my car.
